Q: How do I book an appointment at Pinkyz Place?

A: Book online via our website’s Book Now button or call 347-844-9404 during business hours. Walk-ins are welcome when available, but appointments are the best way to secure your time.

 

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?

A: Yes—subject to stylist availability. Weekends fill quickly; we recommend booking ahead.

 

Q: What’s your cancellation/reschedule policy?

A: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the spot to another family.

 

Q: Can siblings or friends be booked together?

A: Absolutely. Book separate appointments back-to-back so we can plan adequate time for each child.

 

Q: Are parents/guardians allowed to stay?

A: Yes! We’re a family-friendly salon—parents are encouraged to stay nearby for comfort and photos.

Q: How long do braids/protective styles take?

A: Timing depends on length, thickness, and design. For small/medium braids, plan 1.5–3+ hours. We’ll advise at check-in.

 

Q: Do you work with all hair types and textures?

A: Yes—straight, wavy, curly, coily, and protective-style maintenance. Our stylists are experienced with diverse kids’ hair.

Q: Do you have a “First Haircut” keepsake?
