Cancellation Policy

At Pinkyz Place, we operate by appointment only to ensure each guest receives personalized care and attention. To secure your booking, we kindly request a valid credit card at the time of scheduling or an in-person deposit at our salon. Please note that your card will not be charged before your appointment—it is used solely to hold your reservation. Once confirmed, you will receive an email notification with your booking details. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full amount of the services booked. No credits will be issued. No-Show Policy: Out of respect for our stylists and other clients, if you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full amount for the services reserved. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend, so we can offer your time slot to another guest.
